Deleting your data
You can delete your data at any time — no email needed.
| You want to… | Do this | Result |

| Stop sharing one service | Settings → Connected services → Disconnect & delete data, or remove the app in that service (e.g. Garmin Connect → Settings → Connected apps) | Syncing stops; that service's data is deleted |
| Get a copy first | Settings → Download all my data | JSON file with everything we hold |
| Delete everything | Settings → Delete my account | Account, all health data, tokens and consent records deleted |
Deletion is immediate in our live database; encrypted backups are purged within [35] days. Questions: hello@vo2max.health.
